I respect your privacy and have created this privacy statement to detail the information I retain and how I might use it.
Any information collected from the contact forms on this website will be used for my own record keeping and for legitimate contact reasons only. This site will collect your name, email and telephone number if you fill in the contact form and submit it to me.
My site will also store your browsing information via the use of cookies. If you have allowed the use of cookies, this data is used by Google Analytics to analyse website traffic trends. Your browsing data is completely anonymous and you cannot be tracked by accepting the use of cookies on this website.
I aim to take all reasonable steps to protect any data you submit to me via my web site, but I cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose via the internet. You will not hold me (Ryder Design) responsible for any breach of data security unless I have been negligent or in willful default.
What do I do with your data?
Not much really. If you become a client of mine (and I hope you do) I just use the data for my own contact information.
Do I pass on data to others?
No. I will not sell or disclose data obtained about my visitors to anyone unless the following occurs:
• you specifically authorise me to do so
• I am required to by law
• data may be disclosed to protect my safety, my clients' safety or the safety of my property.
